A: We do have a small selection of items containing gelatin. If you would like to opt out of those options, please leave us a note before you add your cookies to your cart.

Storage of Goodies
Q: How do I store my cookies?
A: Our cookies can be stored at room temperature and enjoyed within two weeks. The sooner you eat them, the better.
Q: How long are my cookies good for?
A: Cookies are best when consumed within the first week of receiving them. If they are not eaten immediately they should be refrigerated. Please keep refrigerated until and hour before consumption. Immediate refrigeration extends the life for 3 weeks. Our cookies can be frozen for up to one month then thawed in the refrigerator overnight. All our shipped cookies should be eaten at room temperature.
Q: How do I store my cupcakes?
A: If you would like to enjoy our cupcakes at a later time, then refrigerate them for up to a week or put them in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. Please enjoy at room temperature. Cupcakes available for pick up or Staten Island delivery ONLY.

A: At the moment we do not have a cookie decorator. But please check back in with us for your next order.
Q: Are all of the cookie jars in-store available for shipping?
A: Yes they are! If you are ever interested in shipping one of our jars back home or to someone you know let us know. All cookie jars come with about a pound of cookies unless told otherwise.
